This is full body strength + cardio with our favorite two No Impact movement options. Challenging-YES, but accessible for everybody. 

So the choice is yours-pick one or combine them together for the best 45 minutes of your day. Or-if you’re feeling strong (and familiar with both) take a full class of each-are you up to the challenge?

We know many celebrities rave about each of these methods, but you don’t have to be a super star with us. And it’s not a luxury to enjoy the benefits of Low Impact/High Intensity workouts. VersaClimber

Meet the original upright climber on the market,  historically only available in a collegiate or professional athletics department, or the military. MDRNfitness is the only public studio in the area to offer climbing classes in a small group, instrutor lead format. Some of the benefits are:
